8:00–9:00 | Learning Centers & Exploration — Blocks, dramatic play, sensory bins, art.

9:00–9:20 | Short Circle Time — Songs, fingerplays, simple stories.

9:20–9:30 | Diapering/Bathroom — Transition

9:30–9:45 | AM Snack

9:45–10:30 | Outdoor Play #1 — Gross-motor play, stroller walks, nature exploration.

10:30–11:15 | Fine Motor & Sensory Play — Playdough, puzzles, pouring, texture activities.

11:15–12:00 | Lunch

12:00–2:00 | Nap / Rest Time — Comforting routines, soft music, quiet books for early wakers.

2:00–3:00 | Wake-Up, Diapering, Quiet Play

3:00–3:30 | PM Snack

3:30–4:15 | Outdoor Play #2 — Climbers, balls, riding toys.
